In the past few weeks the anti-vax lobby has ratcheted up the ante on their lobbying efforts. The event that kicked off this new wave of anti-vax scares was the "Knock on the Door rants" according to the Washington Post on a July 9th article they cited rants by Marjorie Taylor Greene and Laurent Boebert in a political rally that sparked the scare.
"Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) got the ball rolling Tuesday by comparing the effort to “medical brown shirts showing up at their door ordering vaccinations.” Not to be outdone, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) took to Twitter the next day to offer her own Nazi comparison, labeling the door-knockers “needle Nazis.”
If anyone should know the folly of such metaphors, it would seem to be Greene, who just three weeks prior conceded in an apology after another wayward Nazi/coronavirus comment that “there is no comparison to the Holocaust.” And it’s worth emphasizing that there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to believe door-knockers would compel vaccinations, which would be illegal, in the way Nazis and the Sturmabteilung, also known as the brownshirts, used violence to enforce their political will."

However, these "Needle Nazi's" conspiracy has its origins in Sacramento, CA where California State leaders and Sacramento County and City leaders were addressing low vaccination rates in some parts of the state. In this case they attempted to address the low vaccination rates within the Sacramento area according to this CBS News report from Sacramento
Moving from major vaccine hubs to door-to-door outreach — Sacramento leaders are turning to a more one-on-one approach to raise the vaccination rates in areas that need it most.
Councilmember Mai Vang and State Senator Dr. Richard Pan were among volunteers canvassing hundreds of homes in the South Sacramento community. The goal was to encourage vaccinations and educate others who may be hesitant or resistant.
The area has some of the worst vaccination rates in the region – only 50% of people have gotten both shots, according to state data by zip code.
“It’s devastating,” said Sherry Jackson-Curtis.
She was stunned to learn how many of her neighbors aren’t vaccinated. She’s called South Sacramento home for 32 years and has an abundance of love for the others who live there, too.
“It’s one of the most important things to me in the world,” said Jackson-Curtis.
It’s why she cares so much to protect them, especially in the pandemic.
She helped coordinate a door-to-door vaccine clinic. Volunteers like Maisel took to the streets to educate others about the importance of the shot.

Yes here in the USA the 2022 elections campaigns for governors and congress (Both National and State Levels) are heating up. Part of the reason why California's COVID-19 response is especially being brought up is because not only because VP Kamala Harris is from California but also its to make the rest of the USA keep Governor Gavin Newsom and State Senator Richard Pan from entering national office as part of the ploy here for politicizing COVID-19.
Another Factor here is that Bay Area Health officials have urged employers to verify the vaccination status of their workers as seen in this ABC News report from San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- With cases of COVID-19 on the rise in the Bay Area, health officials from San Francisco, Contra Costa and Santa Clara counties are urging employers to require employees to be vaccinated.
Officials also said in a press release Thursday that masking should be required for all those in the workplace who are currently unvaccinated.
"The choice is to either get the vaccine or get COVID," said Contra Costa County Health Officer Dr. Chris Farnitano. "Unvaccinated workers pose a risk not only to themselves but also to their coworkers and the public they interact with."
In Contra Costa County, an unvaccinated person is now more than 20 times more likely to get COVID than someone fully vaccinated. In counties throughout the Bay Area, the vast majority of those hospitalized and dying from coronavirus are the unvaccinated.
"What we really want to do is empower businesses with this recommendation and to say public health is fully behind these type of requirements," explained San Francisco Deputy Health Director Dr. Naveena Bobba M.D.

All in All we have shown you evidence that these COVID-19 conspiracies all have their origins in California but they were meant to address a humanitarian issue but it went crazy from there. What California is saying here is that the rest of the USA needs to look at what is happening here and see if you can implement some of the strategies here to your state when it comes to vaccines and COVID-19
Note as of this posting July 2021 other states in the USA are in debate over vaccine laws.
